The Daytona Turkey Run, presented by Daytona Beach Street Rods, features thousands of unique automobiles and swap meet vendors, making it the largest classic car show in the United States. It is held each Thanksgiving weekend, from Thursday to Sunday, in the infield of the ‘World Center of Racing’, Daytona International Speedway.
Stu Sarjeant and his four-year-old son Jim created the family-friendly Turkey Run in 1974. Over four decades later, the event boasts show quality cars from around the country including restored classics, newer customized rides, and foreign and domestic exotics. Each year, thousands of swap meet vendors offer everything from auto parts and accessories to clothing and gifts, as well as food and beverage vendors.
An Arts and Fashion Bazaar showcases handmade goods that are perfect for holiday gift giving, and to kick off your Black Friday weekend shopping.
The event runs Thursday – Sunday. Spectator admission is $15 Thursday – Saturday and $10 on Sunday. For more information, visit www.TurkeyRun.com.
