What’s big and old and tells a bunch of fantastic stories? It’s the Medina Flea Market of Collectables! Celebrating their 40th year in 2017, the market is usually held on the 3rd Sunday of every month, and was begun with the goal of providing a fun and enjoyable place for people to meet and trade or display their collections.
Since their beginning, the market has grown and expanded and now contains a huge selection of on-trend collectibles, everything from vintage lunch boxes to furniture to estate jewelry and classic gas station advertising signs.
Are you a coin dealer? You may want to check out this venue as many of the shoppers who browse these aisles are on the lookout for silver and gold coins. As many numismatic fans are aware, more than half of the fun of collecting can be in finding a new dealer or networking with someone who knows someone, who knows someone… if this is your interest, the Medina Flea is your market!
Because of the weather, the market is held entirely indoor from November through March, but come the spring time, the market adds outdoor booths, too. The upcoming market dates are March 19, April 23, May 21 and June 25, 2017. A full schedule can be found on the web site.
To contact the market directly about setting up a space, vendors may call the office at 330-948-4400. For more information on the market, visit the web site at:www.conraddowdell.com/article/medina_flea_market_collectables.
