In a huge building made of logs in southeastern Ohio, Jim Camp is launching the Norwich Flea Market on May 6. The new indoor/outdoor market features 120 outdoor spaces, at $8 per day, and 28 indoor spaces, at $8 to $12 per day. Electricity costs an extra $4 per day. However, as a grand opening special, prices are half off this coming weekend.
Interviewed in the Lancaster Eagle Gazette, Camp says the location is ideal. “It’s a good spot with high traffic, and it’s right off of Interstate 70,” he says. The building stands out with its log construction. Quoted in the Gazette, Camp says:

“It’s a huge log cabin with a log cabin setting,” Camp said of the swap meet’s locale. “Some of the various vendors we have selling things include wrought iron fencing, homemade furniture, pottery, tools, antiques, clothing and food like hand-dipped ice cream. We’ve got people coming from all over the state.”
It is also near several other tourist draws, including a pottery works, an antique mall, and a museum.
