Silverlake Art* Craft & Vintage, in Los Angeles, CA, kicks off the season February 8. Going on its fifth year, the market is a great alternative to other local flea markets as it is the only flea market in Los Angeles that has free entrance and free customer parking. Silverlake Art* Craft & Vintage is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the second Saturday of each month through the end of December. The venue will be open three Saturdays in December and will possibly add other dates throughout the year.
Silverlake Art* Craft & Vintage can accommodate up to 100 vendors, and is currently accepting applications for sellers. The market features revolving fashion and food trucks, while showcasing great indie DIY vendors and affordable local art as well as vintage and collectible items. Vendors of new, used or one-of-a-kind merchandise are welcome. Daily rental fee is $45 for a 10 by 10 foot space and $60 for a 10 by 20 foot space as well as for food vendors. The yearly special is $450 for a 10 by 10 foot space and $600 for a 10 by 20 foot space, giving vendors at least three free markets.
Held in the heart of Silverlake at the Micheltorena Street Elementary school, Silverlake Art* Craft & Vintage continues to support the local elementary school and the Los Angeles Unified School District. It is located behind the school on Golden Gate, right above Sunset.
