Stay-at-home mom, Serena Thompson, dreamed of creating a fun and happy little event to sell her vintage and handmade goods. In 2002, she and some friends held the first sale in her neighbor’s barn. The sale became wildly popular and began attracting visitors from across the country and recognition in national magazines. Today the event, known as The Farm Chicks Vintage & Handmade Fair, fills hundreds of spaces with creative and carefully curated vintage and handmade goods. It is a vintage, antiques, and handmade market like no other. Once you visit, you’ll never want to miss The Farm Chicks. Many describe it as a bucket list event, magical, inspirational, and as one of the best vintage and handmade fairs in the country. Serena describes it as the happiest on earth.
The Farm Chicks Fair is held the first full weekend of June each year in Spokane, Washington at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center. The fair is completely indoors. Parking is free. Admission is $8 per day or $10 for a weekend pass.
The Farm Chicks is currently accepting waitlist applications for the 2018 event, and regular applications for 2019. The event is carefully curated and features quality antiques and handmade items. Spaces are 10? x 10? and $290 each. If you are selected to join in the fair, you may reserve the number of spaces that best fit your needs, depending on availability.
